Excellent location for the Liverpool Royal hospital. Parking next to the hotel £13 for overnight. Dinner in restaurant was exceptional. Large bedroom, very clean & quiet. Staff very friendly. Definitely stay again. Also the hotel run uber taxis is needing to go into town.

I liked how easy it was to book (we did it very last minute after our AirBnb was moldy). The staff were super friendly and located in a very obvious place by the entrance. Our room was huge, incredibly clean, and the tea and coffee station was superb.

I had the studio flat, and it was spacious, clean and tidy when I first walked in. I would definitely pay to come here again! No doubt our stay was fantastic, the evening staff were helpful but during the day, most were busy on the phones so didn't really see many of them.

Visited with my daughter for the University Open Day. Received a warm welcome upon arrival; felt the gentleman cared about why we were visiting. Check-in very swift. Very conveniently placed to access the university and the city. Room was comfortable and clean. Having a fridge in the room was a bonus. We enjoyed the pizza from the restaurant - and were given a voucher for some money off.

hotel is absoletly stunning, one of the nicest I've seen in Liverpool! they've outdone themselves. The rooms are spotless, bed is huge and great back support. Shower is big and plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Also huge TV in the room! We included breakfast. I had 2 rounds everything was so tasty (EXCEPT for the coffee, that was awful! absolutley rank :(. But there's a coffee shop on the ground floor so you can go get a latte instead!) When the only nitpick is the coffee in a buffet breakfast could be better, you know the hotel is doing good! Especially on a bank holiday. Thank you Novotel!

We had a room on the 15th floor and the view was exceptional. Located a little out of the centre but an easy walk from the train station. The room appeared super clean and modern on arrival, really spacious and comfortable. We only had breakfast on one day but this was excellent and I think at around £12.50 was really good value for money. Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was quiet too, maid service was good, coffee machine and kettle in the room, hairdryer and iron/board. Super comfy beds.

A great stay well worth the money! Didn’t hear a peep and slept the full way through the night which is unlike me. They allowed me to do late check out for a reasonable fee. Enjoyed the gym and food at the restaurant (just not the service by the rude young female waiter)
